We do not dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays.
Domestic Shipping (New Zealand Wide)
Standard Shipping (with tracking) 3-10 business days - $6.95
Once your order has been sent, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. If you have selected a postage method that includes tracking, the email will also contain the parcels tracking number & a link to track your parcel.
International Shipping (Australia)
You will be responsible for payment of any import duties and taxes. Ashtabula will not be liable for these charges.
The delivery charges are for transport costs only and do not cover import duties and taxes that may be applied by the government of your destination country. Ashtabula does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country.
When selecting your International Shipping method at checkout, you are agreeing to pay any applicable duties and import taxes owed to your destination country. If you refuse to pay these import duties and taxes in the destination country, your order will be destroyed by the Shipping Agent and your order will not be refunded.
